Welcome to Talent Development FCS (formerly known as JG Football Coaching). I am proud to serve as the head coach for all our sessions and the primary point of contact for any inquiries.
With a BA (Hons) degree in Sports Business & Coaching, along with UEFA B coaching qualifications earned in 2017 and 2019, as well as the FA Talent ID Level 2 qualification, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our football programmes.
My journey in football coaching began in a full-time capacity as an early years coach for City In The Community. I also had the privilege of working with the Man City Junior Academy in the evenings. Most recently, I've dedicated the last four years to overseeing Boys and Community Football at MK Dons SET. These experiences have inspired me to offer a range of football products and services to our community.
When it comes to our football sessions at Talent Development FCS, our focus is on providing an enjoyable and engaging experience for children of all abilities. Our goal is to develop basic to advanced football skills, coordination, movement, as well as confidence and social skills.
Assisting players in their football progression is a personal passion of mine. Through our work at MK Dons SET, we've seen 16 players sign with professional football academies in the South East in the last season alone. I firmly believe that everyone has the potential to progress in the world of football.
